Our executive chef works closely with our farm manager to cultivate quality, sustainably produced herbs and vegetables from our very own garden, located at Fox Hollow Farm. PNW flavors and ingredients are at the core of what our executive chef prepares for every event. You will find local, seasonal ingredients on every menu.
